1. Shipping

1.1. We make every possible effort in order to supply you with the product that you ordered in a timely manner to the address that you provided while placing your order, contingent on us having received full payment for the product and contingent on us having received your complete and correct details upon order placement, as stipulated in this Terms of Use Agreement.

1.2. After having placed an order on our website, your order will be forwarded to our order processing department in order to verify that authorization has been granted by the Credit Card Company and / or PayPal to process the payment.

1.3. After your payment has been authorized as stated, the ordered product(s) will be forwarded for shipping within three business days.

1.4. Every product will be shipped to you as quickly as possible after your order has been fully processed and in accordance with the shipping option that you have selected.

1.5. Orders can be placed 24/7, however, orders will be processed on Sundays through Thursdays between the hours of 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM IDT (Israeli Daylight Time). With the exception of Jewish holidays in which Israeli post is closed 

1.6. Delivery time is between 1 to 14 business days, depending on the shipping address location and on the shipping option that you have selected, and contingent on the stipulations outlined in this Terms of Use Agreement.

* For purchases of 101 US$ and more – free shipping

2.3. Courier delivery to your door- in Israel –cost  will vary according to the city 

2.4. The courier will contact you by phone in order to confirm a delivery time between the hours of 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM IDT (Israeli Daylight Time). It is recommended that you be available after placing the order on our website and that the delivery address you choose is one where you will personally be present at the scheduled delivery time.

2.5. In the event that the delivery address is in a location within Israel that is far away from the central 

district, such as Eilat, the Aravah areas, Judea & Samaria areas, and the Golan Heights, there may be delays with your delivery and we cannot guarantee that the courier will deliver your package within the timeframe specified in the table above.

2.6. In the event that the delivery courier does not arrive to the address that you have specified, we will make sure to inform you of this and the order will be shipped to you through the IPC (Israeli Postal Company).

2.7. As has already been noted, shipment will only be possible after your order has been fully processed and completed, and after full payment has been received, processed, and authorized for both the product and the shipping cost.

2.8. We are authorized to delay shipment and withhold delivery in the event that full payment has not been received and / or your order has not been fully / successfully processed.

2.9. A product that is shipped in accordance with the details that were provided during order placement is expected to arrive at its destination.

2.10. A product that is shipped to an incorrect address that was provided during order placement, and is returned to us – the customer will be liable for any potential costs associated with the product having been returned, including shipping and / or return shipping costs, as well as costs for reshipping the product to the correct address and any other related costs that may arise.

2.11. Payment for shipping will be supplemented to payment for the product(s) on the credit card that has been provided and will not be subject to a refund for any reason other than if the order is cancelled due to an error or inaccuracy, or if the order is cancelled before the product is shipped out.

2.12. Payment of any customs fees that may apply as per the laws within the country to which the order is shipped will be the sole responsibility of the customer that placed the order.

2.13. LoveMeTwoTimes reserves the right to change the shipping options, shipping costs, and / or shipping terms and conditions on the website at any time.

2.14. It should be noted that the delivery times, as they are stipulated in this Terms of Use Agreement, are estimated delivery times, and that we are not accountable for any delays resulting from Israeli Postal Company and / or any other delivery courier schedule delays and / or holiday delays and / or delays due to weather conditions and / or any other delays that are not within our control.
