2.3.6. יתכן שאפשרויות התשלום באתר שלנו ישונו ו / או יתווספו אפשרויות תשלום נוספות, והכל בהתאם
האפשרויות הניתנות עם השלמת הזמנה באתר שלנו ובהתאם לתנאים בהסכם תנאי שימוש זה.
- המוצרים שלנו
3.1. המוצרים המוצגים באתר שלנו הם ייחודיים באיכות מעולה.
3.2. למרות שאנו עושים מאמץ סביר להבטיח כי אתר האינטרנט שלנו יהיה מעודכן תמיד, יכול להיווצר מצב בו המוצר שהזמנתם באמצעות אתר האינטרנט שלנו אינו במלאי, ועל כן אתם מאשרים כי אתם מאשרים כי המוצרים המוצגים באתרנו אתר הם אך ורק הצעות לרכישה וכי ביצוע הזמנה אינו בהכרח מבטיח כי המוצר יהיה במלאי.

3.5. בהתחשב בכך שאתר LoveMeTwoTimes הוא אתר דינאמי ושאנחנו משקיעים מאמץ רב ומאמץ בכדי לשמור עליו מעודכן, בין אם זה יהיה עדכוני מוצר או כל סוג אחר של פרטים נוספים, איננו יכולים להבטיח כי תיאור המוצר או תוכן אחר המוצג באתר שלנו הוא תמיד מדויק, שלם, אמין, מעודכן ו / או ללא טעויות, מכיוון שתמיד יש סיכוי להתרחש טעות בטעות.

3.9. בכדי להסיר את כל הספק, יש להבין כי מרגע העברת המוצר ללקוח ו / או לכל נציג מטעמו איננו אחראים לכל נזק שעלול לנבוע משימוש לא תקין ו / או בלתי סביר ו / או כל שימוש שאינו השימוש שלשמו נועד המוצר, ביחס לכל המוצרים שהחברה שלנו מספקת.
- תנאי שימוש
4.1. על ידי כניסה לאתר LoveMeTwoTimes והשימוש בו בכל דרך ומכל סיבה שהיא, כולל ביצוע הזמנה דרך האתר, אתה מסכים בכך ומתחייב לתנאי השימוש באתר זה כפי שהם נקבעים בהסכם תנאי שימוש זה וב בהתאם לכל העדכונים התקופתיים בהם.
4.2. אתר האינטרנט שלנו אינו מחייב כל לקוח אשר יבצע הזמנה דרך אתר האינטרנט שלנו, ולכן יש להבין כי כל לקוח שמבצע הזמנה מסכים בכך להסכם תנאי שימוש זה בכך, ומסכים כי כרטיס האשראי שלו ו / או אמצעי תשלום אחר שיסופק על ידו במהלך ביצוע ההזמנה יחויב במלוא ידיעתו והסכמתו.
4.3. לקוח שסיים את תהליך ההזמנה באתר שלנו לא יוכל להעלות טענות כנגד המחיר המוצג של המוצר שהוזמן ו / או כנגד איכות השירות המוצעת באתר שלנו.
4.4. לקוח אשר השלים רכישה באתר שלנו מכריז בכך בכך שהוא מורשה כחוק לנקוט בפעולות מחייבות משפטית וכי הוא בן 18 ומעלה. במידה והלקוח המבקש לבצע הזמנה הוא קטין (מתחת לגיל 18) ו / או שאינו מורשה אחרת לנקוט בפעולות מחייבות משפטית ללא אפוטרופוס חוקי, עליו ליידע את הוריו (ים) ו / או האפוטרופוס החוקי. (ים) ולקבל את הרשאתם לנקוט בכל דרך שהיא באתר האינטרנט שלנו. כל פעולה המופעלת על ידי קטין באתר שלנו מהווה את הסכמת הקטין והוריו / ים ו / או האפוטרופוס / ים החוקיים לאמור לעיל.
4.5. LoveMeTwoTimes שומרת לעצמה את הזכות להחזיק מלקוחות / משתמשים מסוימים את הזכות להשתמש באתר האינטרנט שלה ו / או בכל שירותי החברה האחרים, בין אם באופן חלקי או בשלמותם, בכל אחד מהמקרים הבאים:
4.5.1. פרטים כוזבים נמסרו בכוונה על ידי לקוח / משתמש כאמור בעת ביצוע הזמנה,
4.5.2. הפעלת פעילות לא חוקית או השתתפות בפעילות כזו על ידי לקוח / משתמש כאמור,
4.5.3. ישנו חוב המגיע עקב LoveMeTwoTimes ו / או לצד שלישי הקשור אליו על ידי לקוח / משתמש כאמור, והחוב אינו משולם במועד,
4.5.4. הסכם תנאי שימוש זה הופר בכל דרך שהיא על ידי לקוח / משתמש אמר.
4.6. אנו שומרים לעצמנו את הזכות לשנות את הסכם התנאים וההגבלות ואת כל החוקים ו / או ההוראות האחרים המופיעים באתר זה לפי שיקול דעתנו הבלעדי. על ידי שימוש באתר זה אתה כפוף לגרסה המעודכנת ביותר של הסכם תנאי השימוש המופיע באתר זה, ולכן באחריותך לבדוק הסכם תנאי שימוש זה מעת לעת לפני ביצוע הזמנה או קבלת שירות אחר דרך אתר זה. או דרך צד שלישי המשויך לאתר זה.
אחריות מוגבלת
5.1. השירות באתר LoveMeTwoTimes ניתן כפי שהוא ולכן לא תהיה כל טענה ו / או דרישה ו / או תביעה משפטית כנגד LoveMeTwoTimes ו / או מי מקורב / נציגיה לגבי השירות הניתן באתר זה, אופיו של השירות ו / או המגבלות הקיימות באתר, ולא תהיה כל טענה אחרת הקשורה לשירות ו / או למוצרים שאינם תואמים את הלקוח ו / או את דרישותיו.
5.2. LoveMeTwoTimes לא תישא באחריות לכל נזק אשר עשוי להיגרם, בין במישרין ובין בעקיפין, כתוצאה מרכישה שבוצעה דרך אתר האינטרנט שלנו או כתוצאה מחוסר היכולת לבצע רכישה כתוצאה מפעולה ו / או אי-פעולות ו / או חוסר-יכולת מצד הלקוח או צד שלישי כלשהו, כולל רכישה שנעשתה על ידי קטין ללא אישור של הוריו / האפוטרופוסים שלו, תשלום שנעשה בכרטיס אשראי ללא אישור של בעל כרטיס האשראי וכו ‘. כמו כן, לא נהיה אחראים לכל נזק שנגרם כתוצאה מאיחור במסירה. במידה ומוצר לוקה ו / או פגום והמחסור ו / או הנזק הוא באחריות, אחריות זו תוגבל לסכום שאינו גבוה מעלות המוצר.
5.3. 5.4. באופן דומה, LoveMeTwoTimes לא תישא באחריות, בכל הנוגע לאתר שלנו, לכל נזק כלשהו שעלול להיגרם ללקוח ו / או לצד שלישי כלשהו כתוצאה מכל פעולה ו / או אי פעולה שנמצאת בשליטתנו, כולל – אך לא רק – רעידת אדמה, מצב ביטחוני, מזג אוויר קיצוני וכו’.
5.5. בכדי להסיר את כל הספק, יש לציין כי מרגע העברת המוצר ללקוח ו / או לכל נציג מטעמו איננו אחראים לכל נזק שעלול לנבוע משימוש לא תקין ו / או בלתי הגיוני ו / או או כל שימוש שאינו השימוש שעבורו נועד המוצר, ביחס לכל המוצרים שהחברה שלנו מספקת. כל האחריות ביחס לאמור לעיל מוטלת על הלקוח שרכש את המוצר, וזאת בכל הנוגע לנזקים אשר עלולים להיגרם למשתמשים במוצר ו / או לצד ג ‘כלשהו ו / או לכל אדם אחר ו / או המוצר עצמו.
5.6. מבלי לגרוע מכלליות האמור לעיל, LoveMeTwoTimes ו / או אף אחד מהשותפים שלו / נציגים לא תהיה אחראית בשום אופן על כל העלויות הקשורות הנזק עולה על עלות המוצר שהפך שהוזמנו ושולמו על ידי הלקוח.
- מדיניות פרטיות
6.1. LoveMeTwoTimes עושה מאמצים רבים כדי להגן על פרטיותם של מי שמבקר באתר שלנו ומכבד את פרטיותו בזמן שהם משתמשים באתר. מדיניות הפרטיות שלנו חלה על פרטים אישיים שנמסרים לנו מרצון במהלך ביצוע ההזמנה ו / או במהלך רישום החשבון באתר שלנו (כולל פרטים כלליים המאוחסנים במאגר / רשומות ודיוור ישיר).
6.2. המידע האמור לא ישמש בשום דרך מלבד השימוש שלשמו נועד ולשמו הוא נמסר לנו. מידע אמור מאוחסן על מסד הנתונים / הרישומים שלנו ולא יועבר לשום ישות ו / או לצד שלישי ללא הסכמת הלקוחות שלנו.
6.3. כל מידע לקוח אחר שאנו מקבלים שאינו מידע אישי והוזן מרצונו באתר שלנו על ידי הלקוח, ואינו כפוף למדיניות הפרטיות באתר זה, וכמוה כל הודעה או צורה אחרת של תוכן שנשלח או הועלה אליו. אתר האינטרנט שלנו באמצעות דואר אלקטרוני או בכל דרך אחרת, כולל נתונים, שאלות, תשובות וכו ‘, ייחשבו כולם כמידע קוד פתוח (לא סודי) ולכן לא יהיו מוגנים על ידי זכויות כלשהן ולא יהיו כפופים לפרטיות זו. מדיניות, וכך יטופלו בהתאם.

7.5. בכל סיטואציה שמשתמש הגולש באתר זה מאמין כי יש כל סוג של פגיעה בזכויות קניין רוחני ו / או בזכויות יוצרים הקשורות לצד שלישי, יש לנקוט בפעולה “להפסיק ולעצור”, לפיה יש ליידע את LoveMeTwoTimes. בכתב בנוגע להפרה לכאורה. אנו נסקור את כל הפניות האמורות וננקוט בפעולות המתאימות לפי הצורך.
7.6. סימני מסחר
7.6.1. המותג “LoveMeTwoTimes”, שם המותג שלו, שם הדומיין שלו באתר, ושם / ות הדומיינים של כל אתר / ים אחרים הקשורים לחברה ו / או מקורב / נציגיה הם סימנים מסחריים של LoveMeTwoTimes ו / או של מקורביו / נציגים (ללא קשר לשאלה אם הם נרשמו ובין אם לאו), ואסור במפורש להשתמש בהם מבלי שקיבל לראשונה אישור מפורש בכתב לכך מ- LoveMeTwoTimes.

9.1. החוק החל, כפי שהוא חל על הסכם תנאי שימוש זה, הנו באופן בלעדי ורק בהתאם לחוק הישראלי, וזאת ללא קשר לשאלה אם האתר משמש בישראל או בחו”ל (מחוץ לישראל).
9.2. סמכות משפטית בלעדית להתדיין ו / או לפסוק בכל העניין הקשור להסכם תנאי שימוש זה ניתנת באופן בלעדי ורק לבית המשפט המחוזי בתל אביב – יפו.
